The Atlas Pasta Roller features an adjustment dial to easily control the dough thickness and personalize pasta to each recipe on the fly.

The 10-position adjustment knob of Atlas 150 allows you to prepare pasta sheets in different thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 4.8 mm suitable for many types of pasta.

If desired, the Atlas Pasta Roller is equipped to attach a Pasta Drive motor, sold separately.
