  • Remove Herb Leaves from Stems; Thread the stem through the smallest hole that the stem fits in, and pull the stem through the hole to remove all the leaves. Recommended herbs include woody stems, like cilantro, basil, mint and rosemary.
  • Remove Leafy Greens from Stems! Eat more spinach and kale- it is easy to do using this tool that efficiently removes the leaves from the stems. The stems can be tough and bitter, use the leaves only for softer flavor, and a more consistent texture.
  • Trim imperfect stems: The built in beveled edge trimmer, cuts through tough, flared ends to more easily thread the stem into the desired hole size for stripping. No additional knife required, just trim as necessary before stripping.
  • Comfortable to Hold: Unlike other strippers, this tool has a handle, that can be gripped when pulling stems through the holes. Comfortable to use, the stainless steel blade cuts the leaves without bruising from the stems. Plastic used in handle is BPA Free.
