The triangle carving tool set Special” is intended as an add-on to the carving tool set “Professional”. The combination of these sets covers (almost) all carving possibilities.

The functional parts are made of hardened, stainless steel and designed for permanent use. The handles are made of a combination of high quality polypropylene and non-slip Santoprene (softgrip). They prevent slippage even when the hands are wet and enable safe and ergonomic work. A specially shaped ceramic sharpening rod ensures contour-correct re-sharpening of the blades.

All tools of the triangle carving tool set “Special” have been developed in close cooperation with the gold medalists in fruit and vegetable carving, Angkana and Alex Neumayer.
