With the 3-part curler set, decorative spirals can be cut from solid fruits and vegetables – whether thick, thin or entwined like a candy cane.
Position the spirals with the tip in the middle of the vegetables and turn them completely through the vegetables with the handle. The spirals are suitable for use as raw food, cooked or fried.

Tip:
The first cut curl must always lie above the circular knife during the first turns.
Simply pull thin spirals out of the vegetables.
Fix the thick and double spirals and turn them counterclockwise.
